Checklist for Spring



Drink more water
Ride your horses regularly
Cook yourself a real meal at least 3 times a week
Kick your workout up a notch
Clean out your closet
Rope the dummy everyday
Paint your toenails bright pink
Clean and oil your saddle
Set yourself a goal of how many pushups you can do by summer
Buy a new rope
Get your hair trimmed
Thoroughly clean out your pickup
Buy flowers for the kitchen
Have people over for dinner
Rewrap your horn
Set a horsey goal: Start cutting, work on stops, improve your time, learn to rope
Reflect on where you are compared to last spring
Mentor someone

Ride, talk, and spend time with someone who challenges and inspires you
