YouTube Video: How To Get Long, Healthy Hair

Hello Dolls!

I had planned on publishing this yesterday, but a little elf reminded me that Christmas day is ONE WEEK away and I had better get my rear in gear if I was going to be ready! Eeek! Are you all ready for Christmas or are you like me and still have a few last minute gifts to finish up?

Here is a haircare tutorial for those of you who are wanting to grow your hair out. It's full of tips and tricks that I used to speed up the process of growing my hair out. It used to be above my shoulders and my hair is now down to my waist, so it really does work! If you want to learn more, watch the video!

In the past, some people have had troubles viewing YouTube videos on their phones. If so, follow this link to watch it HERE!

Thank you for watching! Please follow Buckaroo Barbie!

  1. Just perfect Liz! I loved it. I've gone 8 yrs with my thyroid being undermedicated, and I've lost So much hair. But doctor after doctor chose to tell me it was the stress, rather than readdress my medication. I finally got something new, and I'm so excited to see if my hair comes back! It's one of the last things the body repairs, so I'm hoping I will once again have my thick lovely Pocahontas hair. I'm such a fanatic when it comes to my hair, I don't put any chemicals on it, and try to use all natural and organic products. I also don't use hot tools much anymore, which is hard because I need the flat iron!

    1. I'm so sorry about your thyroid problem, I know how frustrating that is! Good luck on your new meds, I hope it works for you :) I only noticed that my hair started growing again once I changed my eating...that was the big kicker for me! Lots of veggies and protein, as close to their natural state as possible! :)

  2. I was pleasantly surprised that I already do a few things your recommended. I am also an avid pick user! Whoot! Your hair is fabulous! I have really fine hair and seem to have reached a stopping point on length. I'm going to look for coconut oil and see if that helps me obtain the length I want. I have always wanted to play with color but have never bit the bullet on that one. What is your feelings on that and hair health?

    1. Bahahaha That's awesome! Girls always laugh at me when I bust out my pick! hehehe Thank you so much! I felt the same way for a while, like my hair had stopped growing, but I just kept eating healthy and getting trims and then all of a sudden I felt like there was a lot of growth! I get my hair colored now, I'm actually going in tomorrow to get it touched up! The only thing about color is I think it's worth it to pay to have a professional do it. The box color just RUINS your hair slowly and the color is never right. I actually like to play with the color of my hair a lot and as long as I have it done at a salon it hasn't seemed to affect the health of it yet! :)
