What if it was cool to value your body and brain? If an
education (not schooling, but an education), was something that everyone
prioritized and went after in their own individual way?
What if it was normal for girls to build each other up, to
encourage and help each other, instead of instantly distrusting each other on
account of their bra size?
What if it was as badass to read Tennyson and Hemingway, as
it is to listen to Rack City and Techno?
What if it was normal for us to enjoy a drink on account of
the taste and age….as opposed to how much of it we could consume.
What if it was applauded and heralded as brave to show
people you love them, care about them and it didn’t make you weak to need love
in your life?
What if it was acceptable for us to proclaim who we are on
the inside via our clothes, no matter our culture or geographical location?
What if….we all had the courage to invest in the things that
last forever? Like memories, relationships, knowledge and had the courage to
really and truly be ourselves?
What if?
